Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy governs the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled by WebIndustry for all digital products, software solutions, subscriptions, and services.
1. Scope of Services
WebIndustry provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:
- web design and web development
- SEO and digital marketing services
- SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions
- IPTV applications and subscription services
- digital licenses, access credentials, and online tools
All products and services are delivered electronically.
2. Digital Products & Services – No Automatic Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once delivery, activation, or access has begun.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- digital content has been delivered or downloaded
- user access, credentials, or licenses have been issued
- a service has started or work has commenced
- a subscription has been activated or partially used
By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly agrees to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
3. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services (monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans):
- no refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- access remains available until the paid period expires
Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal constitutes acceptance of the next billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- verified technical failure caused by WebIndustry that permanently prevents service usage
- duplicate or erroneous charges
- incorrect billing due to system malfunction
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the transaction date.
5. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, customers must contact support and provide:
- full name or company name
- email address used during purchase
- transaction reference or proof of payment
- detailed description of the issue

Incomplete or late requests may be declined.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- processing time is 7–14 business days
- refunds are issued via the original payment method
- third-party payment processor fees are non-refundable
7. Abuse & Chargebacks
WebIndustry reserves the right to:
- deny refunds in cases of abuse or repeated refund requests
- suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity
- dispute chargebacks with payment providers using service logs and access records

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
