WebIndustry provides professional digital services and software-based solutions delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.<\/p>

      All content, software, code, designs, and materials provided by WebIndustry remain the intellectual property of WebIndustry unless explicitly transferred by written agreement.<\/p>

      5. Service Availability<\/h3>

      While we strive for continuous availability:<\/p>

      • downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external factors<\/li>
      • WebIndustry is not liable for temporary interruptions<\/li><\/ul>

          Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the preceding billing period.<\/p>

          We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:<\/p>

          • violation of these terms<\/li>
          • fraudulent activity<\/li>
          • misuse of services<\/li><\/ul>

            Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.<\/p>

            WebIndustry may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.<\/p>

            9. Governing Law<\/h3>

            These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/strong>, without regard to conflict of law principles.<\/p>
