Controller and contact details<\/h2>\r\n  <p>WebIndustry IPTV is operated by <strong>Admir Ru\u017eni\u0107<\/strong>, an individual providing digital services under the name <strong>WebIndustry<\/strong> (\u201cWebIndustry\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d or \u201cour\u201d).<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>Location: Cazin, Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/li>\r\n    <li>Privacy contact: <a href=\"mailto:info@webindustry.ba\">info@webindustry.ba<\/a><\/li>\r\n    <li>Website: <a href=\"https:\/\/webindustry.ba\/en\/\">https:\/\/webindustry.ba<\/a><\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <p>For the processing described in this policy, Admir Ru\u017eni\u0107 is the data controller. \u201cWebIndustry\u201d is a service name and is not presented as a separately incorporated company.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>2. Scope and nature of the App<\/h2>\r\n  <p>This policy explains how the WebIndustry IPTV Samsung Smart TV application (the \u201cApp\u201d) handles personal data during activation and pairing, subscription-status checks, playlist and EPG configuration, playback, local viewing features, metadata lookup, optional connection-speed testing, support and renewal links.<\/p>\r\n  <p>The App is a media player. WebIndustry does not provide, host or distribute television channels, films, series or other media through the App. Users are responsible for connecting only playlists and content sources they are authorised to use. A user\u2019s playlist, streaming or payment provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>3. Data processed by the App<\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <h3>3.1 Device and service identifiers<\/h3>\r\n  <p>The App obtains a Samsung\/Tizen device identifier when the platform makes one available. If it is unavailable, the App creates a random installation identifier and stores it on the TV. The identifier can be sent to WebIndustry service endpoints to start and complete pairing, associate the TV with the configured playlist, check trial or subscription status, display activation or renewal information, prevent abuse and troubleshoot activation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h3>3.2 Pairing and subscription information<\/h3>\r\n  <p>During pairing and licence checks, the App may process a pairing code and token, activation status, trial or subscription status, remaining days, expiry date and activation or renewal URL. A renewal URL can contain a device identifier.<\/p>\r\n  <p>The TV App does not collect payment-card details. If a user follows a renewal link, the transaction is completed on a separate website or through its payment provider, which processes data under its own privacy policy.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h3>3.3 Playlist, stream and EPG information<\/h3>\r\n  <p>The App processes playlist and EPG URLs, channel and programme names, stream URLs, artwork URLs and related metadata to display and play the service configured by the user.<\/p>\r\n  <p>If a playlist is provisioned through WebIndustry pairing, the playlist URL is delivered through WebIndustry\u2019s pairing service. The App stores a local copy or recovery reference on the TV. EPG requests may pass through WebIndustry\u2019s EPG proxy. Stream playback and artwork requests are normally sent directly to the provider selected by the user.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Playlist and stream URLs can contain usernames, passwords, tokens or other credentials. Users should keep them confidential, avoid sending them by email and use only providers they trust.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h3>3.4 Information stored locally on the TV<\/h3>\r\n  <p>The App can store the following information locally on the TV:<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>language and parental PIN settings;<\/li>\r\n    <li>favourites and viewing history;<\/li>\r\n    <li>continue-watching positions;<\/li>\r\n    <li>playlist file or recovery information; and<\/li>\r\n    <li>a random installation identifier when a platform identifier is unavailable.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <p>WebIndustry does not intentionally receive favourites, viewing history, PIN values or continue-watching positions through its activation API. A title can be sent to the metadata provider described below when the App requests film or series information.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Users can clear viewing history in the App. Other local data can be removed by clearing App data or uninstalling the App through the TV settings. The available controls depend on the Samsung TV model.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h3>3.5 Film and series metadata<\/h3>\r\n  <p>When the App displays additional information about a film or series, it sends a cleaned title search to <strong>The Movie Database (TMDB)<\/strong>. TMDB may receive the search term and ordinary network information such as the public IP address and request time, and returns descriptions and images.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h3>3.6 QR-code generation<\/h3>\r\n  <p>The App uses the <strong>goQR.me \/ QRServer API<\/strong>, operated by Foundata GmbH, to generate activation and renewal QR-code images. The URL encoded in the QR code is sent to that service and may contain an activation token or device identifier.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h3>3.7 Optional connection-speed test<\/h3>\r\n  <p>If the user starts the speed test, the App downloads a test file from Hetzner Online GmbH or a Wikimedia service. The selected host receives ordinary network-request data, including the public IP address and request time. The calculated result is displayed on the TV and is not intentionally sent to WebIndustry by the App.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h3>3.8 Technical records and support<\/h3>\r\n  <p>WebIndustry servers may record an IP address, timestamp, requested endpoint, response status, device\/service identifier and diagnostic or security events. If a user contacts support, we process the information supplied in the request, such as name, email address, device identifier, subscription information and problem description.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Version 20.5.20 does not include a third-party advertising or analytics SDK and does not use Samsung\u2019s advertising identifier for behavioural profiling or targeted advertising.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>4. Purposes and legal bases<\/h2>\r\n  <p>Depending on the applicable law and processing activity, we rely on:<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li><strong>performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract<\/strong>, for activation, pairing, playlist configuration, status checks, renewal access and support;<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>legitimate interests<\/strong>, for service security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, reliability and protection of our systems and users;<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>legal obligations<\/strong>, where records must be retained or disclosed under applicable law; and<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>consent<\/strong>, where required for an optional activity. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n\r\n  <h2>5. Recipients and external services<\/h2>\r\n  <p>Data can be shared only as needed with:<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>WebIndustry hosting, infrastructure and technical-support providers;<\/li>\r\n    <li>Samsung\/Tizen platform services;<\/li>\r\n    <li>the playlist, stream, artwork and EPG provider selected by the user;<\/li>\r\n    <li>The Movie Database (TMDB), for title metadata and images;<\/li>\r\n    <li>Foundata GmbH (goQR.me \/ QRServer), for QR-code images;<\/li>\r\n    <li>Hetzner Online GmbH or Wikimedia services, when the user starts a speed test;<\/li>\r\n    <li>EPGshare01, if the fallback programme guide is requested;<\/li>\r\n    <li>website, e-commerce and payment providers used outside the TV App for renewal; and<\/li>\r\n    <li>public authorities or professional advisers where required by law or necessary for legal claims.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <p>WebIndustry does not sell personal data.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>6. International processing<\/h2>\r\n  <p>Some external services, infrastructure providers or user-selected content providers may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina or outside the user\u2019s country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an available lawful mechanism and appropriate protections. WebIndustry does not select or control the country in which a user\u2019s own IPTV provider operates.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>7. Retention<\/h2>\r\n  <p>Personal data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for activation, service delivery, security, support, legal claims and applicable legal obligations:<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>pairing codes and tokens are used until pairing is completed or the pairing session expires;<\/li>\r\n    <li>device and subscription associations are retained while needed to provide activation and status checks, and afterwards only while needed for support, security or legal claims;<\/li>\r\n    <li>technical and security logs are retained for a limited operational period and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed;<\/li>\r\n    <li>support correspondence is retained until the request is resolved and afterwards only while needed for follow-up or legal claims;<\/li>\r\n    <li>records held by a separate website or payment provider follow that provider\u2019s policy and applicable legal retention requirements; and<\/li>\r\n    <li>local App data normally remains on the TV until the user clears it, clears App data or uninstalls the App.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n\r\n  <h2>8. Security<\/h2>\r\n  <p>We apply measures appropriate to the nature and risk of the data, including access controls, HTTPS transport for WebIndustry service endpoints, system maintenance and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure. WebIndustry cannot guarantee the security or availability of user-supplied URLs and external services. Users should prefer HTTPS providers and protect playlist URLs and activation links.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>9. User rights<\/h2>\r\n  <p>Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, withdraw consent and complain to a competent data-protection authority.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Requests can be sent to <a href=\"mailto:info@webindustry.ba\">info@webindustry.ba<\/a>. We may need to verify the requester\u2019s identity. A device identifier should be provided only when necessary to locate an activation or subscription record. Children<\/h2>\r\n  <p>The App is not specifically directed to children and does not ask children to create an account through the TV App. Content is determined by the user\u2019s own playlist provider. A responsible adult should configure the service and parental PIN and supervise access where appropriate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>11. Automated checks<\/h2>\r\n  <p>The App automatically checks pairing and subscription status to determine whether the configured service can be opened. It does not use personal data for targeted advertising, behavioural profiling or automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>12. Changes to this policy<\/h2>\r\n  <p>We may update this policy when the App, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published at this public URL.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>13. Opseg i priroda Aplikacije<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Ova politika obja\u0161njava kako Samsung Smart TV aplikacija WebIndustry IPTV (\u201eAplikacija\u201c) postupa s li\u010dnim podacima tokom aktivacije i uparivanja, provjere statusa pretplate, konfiguracije playliste i EPG-a, reprodukcije, lokalnih funkcija gledanja, dohvata metapodataka, opcionog testa brzine, podr\u0161ke i otvaranja linkova za obnovu.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Aplikacija je medijski player. WebIndustry putem Aplikacije ne pru\u017ea, ne hostuje i ne distribuira televizijske kanale, filmove, serije niti drugi medijski sadr\u017eaj. Korisnik je odgovoran da pove\u017ee samo playliste i izvore sadr\u017eaja za koje ima odgovaraju\u0107e ovla\u0161tenje. Pru\u017ealac playliste, streama ili pla\u0107anja obra\u0111uje podatke prema svojim uslovima i politici privatnosti.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>3. Podaci koje Aplikacija obra\u0111uje<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <h3>3.1 Identifikatori ure\u0111aja i usluge<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Aplikacija preuzima Samsung\/Tizen identifikator ure\u0111aja kada ga platforma u\u010dini dostupnim. Ako nije dostupan, Aplikacija generira slu\u010dajni identifikator instalacije i \u010duva ga na TV-u. Identifikator se mo\u017ee poslati WebIndustry servisima radi uparivanja, povezivanja TV-a s konfiguriranom playlistom, provjere probnog perioda ili pretplate, prikaza aktivacije ili obnove, spre\u010davanja zloupotrebe i rje\u0161avanja problema.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>3.2 Uparivanje i pretplata<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Tokom uparivanja i provjere licence Aplikacija mo\u017ee obra\u0111ivati kod i token za uparivanje, status aktivacije, probnog perioda ili pretplate, broj preostalih dana, datum isteka i URL za aktivaciju ili obnovu. URL za obnovu mo\u017ee sadr\u017eavati identifikator ure\u0111aja.<\/p>\r\n    <p>TV Aplikacija ne prikuplja podatke platnih kartica. Ako korisnik otvori link za obnovu, transakcija se zavr\u0161ava na odvojenoj web-stranici ili kod njenog pru\u017eaoca pla\u0107anja, koji podatke obra\u0111uje prema svojoj politici privatnosti.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>3.3 Playlista, stream i EPG<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Aplikacija obra\u0111uje URL-ove playliste i EPG-a, nazive kanala i programa, URL-ove streamova i grafika te povezane metapodatke radi prikaza i reprodukcije usluge koju je konfigurirao korisnik.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Ako se playlista dostavlja kroz WebIndustry uparivanje, URL playliste prolazi kroz WebIndustry servis. Aplikacija na TV-u \u010duva lokalnu kopiju ili podatak za oporavak. EPG zahtjev mo\u017ee pro\u0107i kroz WebIndustry EPG proxy, dok se zahtjevi za stream i grafike uobi\u010dajeno \u0161alju direktno pru\u017eaocu kojeg je odabrao korisnik.<\/p>\r\n    <p>URL-ovi playliste i streama mogu sadr\u017eavati korisni\u010dka imena, lozinke, tokene ili druge pristupne podatke. Korisnik ih treba \u010duvati kao povjerljive, ne slati ih e-mailom i koristiti samo pru\u017eaoce kojima vjeruje.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>3.4 Podaci pohranjeni lokalno na TV-u<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Aplikacija mo\u017ee lokalno \u010duvati:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>postavke jezika i roditeljskog PIN-a;<\/li>\r\n      <li>favorite i historiju gledanja;<\/li>\r\n      <li>pozicije za nastavak gledanja;<\/li>\r\n      <li>datoteku playliste ili podatke za njen oporavak; i<\/li>\r\n      <li>slu\u010dajni identifikator instalacije kada platformski identifikator nije dostupan.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>WebIndustry putem aktivacijskog API-ja namjerno ne prima favorite, historiju gledanja, PIN niti pozicije nastavka. Naziv sadr\u017eaja mo\u017ee biti poslan pru\u017eaocu metapodataka kada Aplikacija tra\u017ei informacije o filmu ili seriji.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Korisnik mo\u017ee obrisati historiju u Aplikaciji. Ostali lokalni podaci mogu se ukloniti brisanjem podataka Aplikacije ili njenim deinstaliranjem kroz postavke TV-a. Dostupne kontrole zavise od modela televizora.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>3.5 Metapodaci o filmovima i serijama<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Kada Aplikacija prikazuje dodatne informacije o filmu ili seriji, o\u010di\u0161\u0107eni naziv za pretragu \u0161alje servisu <strong>The Movie Database (TMDB)<\/strong>. TMDB mo\u017ee primiti pojam pretrage i uobi\u010dajene mre\u017ene podatke, kao \u0161to su javna IP adresa i vrijeme zahtjeva, te vra\u0107a opise i slike.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>3.6 Generiranje QR koda<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Aplikacija koristi <strong>goQR.me \/ QRServer API<\/strong>, kojim upravlja Foundata GmbH, za generiranje slike QR koda za aktivaciju ili obnovu. URL koji se kodira \u0161alje se tom servisu i mo\u017ee sadr\u017eavati aktivacijski token ili identifikator ure\u0111aja.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>3.7 Opcioni test brzine<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Ako korisnik pokrene test brzine, Aplikacija preuzima testnu datoteku sa servisa dru\u0161tva Hetzner Online GmbH ili Wikimedia servisa. Odabrani servis prima uobi\u010dajene podatke mre\u017enog zahtjeva, uklju\u010duju\u0107i javnu IP adresu i vrijeme zahtjeva. Izra\u010dunati rezultat prikazuje se na TV-u i Aplikacija ga namjerno ne \u0161alje WebIndustryju.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>3.8 Tehni\u010dki zapisi i podr\u0161ka<\/h3>\r\n    <p>WebIndustry serveri mogu zapisati IP adresu, vrijeme zahtjeva, tra\u017eeni endpoint, status odgovora, identifikator ure\u0111aja\/usluge i dijagnosti\u010dke ili sigurnosne doga\u0111aje. Ako korisnik kontaktira podr\u0161ku, obra\u0111ujemo podatke koje dostavi, kao \u0161to su ime, e-mail adresa, identifikator ure\u0111aja, podaci o pretplati i opis problema.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Verzija 20.5.20 ne sadr\u017ei vanjski SDK za oglase ili analitiku i ne koristi Samsungov ogla\u0161iva\u010dki identifikator za bihevioralno profiliranje ili ciljano ogla\u0161avanje.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>4. Svrhe i pravni osnovi<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Zavisno od primjenjivog prava i aktivnosti obrade, podatke obra\u0111ujemo na osnovu:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>izvr\u0161enja ugovora ili radnji zatra\u017eenih prije ugovora<\/strong>, za aktivaciju, uparivanje, konfiguraciju playliste, provjere statusa, pristup obnovi i podr\u0161ku;<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>legitimnog interesa<\/strong>, za sigurnost usluge, spre\u010davanje zloupotrebe, otklanjanje gre\u0161aka, pouzdanost i za\u0161titu sistema i korisnika;<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>pravne obaveze<\/strong>, kada se evidencije moraju \u010duvati ili dostaviti prema primjenjivom zakonu; i<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>saglasnosti<\/strong>, kada je potrebna za opcionu aktivnost. Primaoci i vanjski servisi<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Podaci se mogu podijeliti samo koliko je potrebno sa:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>pru\u017eaocima hostinga, infrastrukture i tehni\u010dke podr\u0161ke za WebIndustry;<\/li>\r\n      <li>Samsung\/Tizen platformskim servisima;<\/li>\r\n      <li>pru\u017eaocem playliste, streama, grafika i EPG-a kojeg je odabrao korisnik;<\/li>\r\n      <li>servisom The Movie Database (TMDB), za metapodatke i slike;<\/li>\r\n      <li>dru\u0161tvom Foundata GmbH (goQR.me \/ QRServer), za slike QR koda;<\/li>\r\n      <li>dru\u0161tvom Hetzner Online GmbH ili Wikimedia servisima, kada korisnik pokrene test brzine;<\/li>\r\n      <li>servisom EPGshare01, kada se koristi rezervni programski vodi\u010d;<\/li>\r\n      <li>web, e-commerce i platnim pru\u017eaocima koji se koriste izvan TV Aplikacije za obnovu; i<\/li>\r\n      <li>nadle\u017enim organima ili stru\u010dnim savjetnicima kada je to zakonski obavezno ili potrebno za pravne zahtjeve.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>WebIndustry ne prodaje li\u010dne podatke.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>6. Me\u0111unarodna obrada<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Neki vanjski servisi, pru\u017eaoci infrastrukture ili sadr\u017eaja koje odabere korisnik mogu obra\u0111ivati podatke izvan Bosne i Hercegovine ili dr\u017eave korisnika. Kada primjenjivi zakon zahtijeva za\u0161titu me\u0111unarodnog prijenosa, koristit \u0107emo raspolo\u017eiv zakonit mehanizam i odgovaraju\u0107e mjere za\u0161tite. WebIndustry ne bira niti kontrolira dr\u017eavu u kojoj posluje korisnikov IPTV pru\u017ealac.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>7. Rokovi \u010duvanja<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Li\u010dne podatke \u010duvamo samo koliko je razumno potrebno za aktivaciju, pru\u017eanje usluge, sigurnost, podr\u0161ku, pravne zahtjeve i primjenjive zakonske obaveze:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>kodovi i tokeni za uparivanje koriste se do zavr\u0161etka uparivanja ili isteka sesije;<\/li>\r\n      <li>veza ure\u0111aja i pretplate \u010duva se dok je potrebna za aktivaciju i provjeru statusa, a nakon toga samo koliko je potrebno za podr\u0161ku, sigurnost ili pravne zahtjeve;<\/li>\r\n      <li>tehni\u010dki i sigurnosni logovi \u010duvaju se ograni\u010deno operativno vrijeme i bri\u0161u ili anonimiziraju kada vi\u0161e nisu potrebni;<\/li>\r\n      <li>komunikacija s podr\u0161kom \u010duva se do rje\u0161avanja zahtjeva, a zatim samo koliko je potrebno za pra\u0107enje ili pravne zahtjeve;<\/li>\r\n      <li>evidencije odvojene web-stranice ili pru\u017eaoca pla\u0107anja slijede njihovu politiku i zakonske rokove; i<\/li>\r\n      <li>lokalni podaci Aplikacije uobi\u010dajeno ostaju na TV-u dok ih korisnik ne obri\u0161e, ne obri\u0161e podatke Aplikacije ili je ne deinstalira.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h2>8. Sigurnost<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Primjenjujemo mjere primjerene vrsti i riziku podataka, uklju\u010duju\u0107i kontrolu pristupa, HTTPS prijenos prema WebIndustry servisima, odr\u017eavanje sistema i ograni\u010den administrativni pristup. Nijedan sistem nije potpuno siguran. WebIndustry ne mo\u017ee garantirati sigurnost ili dostupnost URL-ova i servisa koje dostavi korisnik. Korisnik treba preferirati HTTPS i za\u0161tititi URL playliste i aktivacijske linkove.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>9. Prava korisnika<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Zavisno od primjenjivog prava, korisnik mo\u017ee imati pravo na pristup, ispravku, brisanje, ograni\u010denje, prigovor ili prenosivost podataka, povla\u010denje saglasnosti i pritu\u017ebu nadle\u017enom organu za za\u0161titu podataka.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Zahtjev se mo\u017ee poslati na <a href=\"mailto:info@webindustry.ba\">info@webindustry.ba<\/a>. Mo\u017eemo zatra\u017eiti potvrdu identiteta. Identifikator ure\u0111aja treba navesti samo kada je potreban za pronalazak aktivacije ili pretplate. Djeca<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Aplikacija nije posebno namijenjena djeci i ne tra\u017ei od djece otvaranje ra\u010duna putem TV Aplikacije. Sadr\u017eaj odre\u0111uje korisnikov pru\u017ealac playliste. Odgovorna odrasla osoba treba konfigurirati uslugu i roditeljski PIN te nadzirati pristup gdje je potrebno.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>11. Automatske provjere<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Aplikacija automatski provjerava uparivanje i status pretplate kako bi utvrdila mo\u017ee li se otvoriti konfigurirana usluga. Ne koristi li\u010dne podatke za ciljano ogla\u0161avanje, bihevioralno profiliranje niti automatske odluke koje proizvode pravne ili sli\u010dno zna\u010dajne u\u010dinke.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>12. Izmjene politike<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Politiku mo\u017eemo a\u017eurirati kada se promijene Aplikacija, pru\u017eaoci ili pravni zahtjevi.
