WebIndustry provides professional digital services and software-based solutions delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

- all payments are made in advance

Failure of payment may result in service suspension.

- downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external factors
- WebIndustry is not liable for temporary interruptions
6. Limitation of Liability
WebIndustry shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of data, profits, or revenue
- business interruption
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the preceding billing period.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- violation of these terms
- fraudulent activity
- misuse of services
Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.
8. Third-Party Services
WebIndustry may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
